普通稠油弱凝胶调驱动态调控技术研究

             

摘要

针对普通稠油油藏开发后期注水三大矛盾突出的难题,应用弱凝胶调驱技术改善水驱开发效果,在剩余油分布规律研究基础上,应用谢尔卡乔夫法确定适合弱凝胶调驱的反七点、150m井网井距,采用净水+杀菌+除氧技术提高弱凝胶成胶率,并不断优化注采参数、调整注采结构.现场实施后,23个井组日增油118 t/d,含水率下降5.2个百分点,自然递减率下降14.7个百分点,采收率提高5.8个百分点.弱凝胶调驱调控技术的研究与应用为实现海外河油田调驱增产提供了可靠的技术支持,对同类油藏实施弱凝胶调驱具有借鉴意义.%In order to improve the three prominent waterflooding contradictions of conventional heavy-oil reservoir development in the later stage,weak-gel profile control is implemented to enhance the waterflooding performance. Based on the remaining oil distribution,the Ciekaqoe's method is used to determine the inverted seven-spot well pattern with a spacing of 150 m.Water purification,sterilization and deoxygenation technologies are comprehensive-ly adopted to improve weak gel rate. The injection-production parameters are continuously optimized to adjust the injection-production configuration.After field application in 23 wellgroups,the daily oil production increment is up to 118 t/d,the water-cut is decreased by 5.2%,the natural production decline rate is reduced by 14.7% and the oil recovery factor is enhanced by 5.8%.Research and application of weak-gel profile-control could provide a relia-ble technical reference for the profile-control increment in Haiwaihe Oilfield and also provide certain reference for the application of weak-gel profile-control in similar reservoirs.
