大光程差高鲁棒性摆臂角镜干涉仪设计与实现

         

摘要

To best meet the needs of Solar Occultation Atmospheric Infrared Ultra-spectral Sounder (AIUS)onboard GF-5 satellite, a Scan-arm Corner Cube Fourier Transform Interferometer with large optical path difference and high robustness has been developed. Based on the conventional Michelson interferometer, an unique end mirror is used to refold the interference optical path so as to achieve optical path difference magnification with value of 8, and the maximum optical path difference up to 25cm. On the other hand, the end mirror makes it possible that the corner cube retro-reflects beam against the input direction while the position of apex of corner cube doesn’t need to be precisely controlled in the plane with normal to the input direction. Consequently the degradation of interference modulation efficiency due to the sheer error rising from the misalignment of apex of corner cube is eliminated, which gives the interferometer high immunity to vibration. This paper reviews the design and implementation of scan-arm corner cube interferometer with large optical path difference and high robustness, as well as the analysis, test and experiment. The related information could be referenced for the design and implementation of space borne Fourier transform interferometer with large optical path difference.%为满足 GF-5 卫星上太阳掩星大气环境红外甚高光谱分辨率探测仪需求,研制了大光程差高鲁棒性摆臂角镜星载傅里叶变换干涉仪.该干涉仪在传统迈克尔逊干涉仪构型基础上增加了端镜进行干涉光路折叠,实现了八倍光程放大,最大光程差达到25cm.同时,由于端镜的应用使干涉仪角镜仅需保证干涉光束入射方向上的回复反射即可,而不要求其顶点在入射光束垂直面内的位置精度,因此消除了传统角镜干涉仪由于光程扫描过程中顶点失准跳动引入的光束剪切误差影响,具有很好的振动免疫能力.文章回顾了该干涉仪的设计、仿真、实现以及相关测试和试验情况,相关成果可为星载大光程差摆臂角镜傅里叶变换干涉仪的设计与实现提供参考.
