The position of the test verification in the spacecraft life cycle is discussed in this paper. The spacecraft test baseline and its related documents are reviewed. The environmental test conception and the corresponding standards of the test requirements are analyzed. The definition of the test baseline and its main contents are given.%文章分析了试验验证在航天器研制寿命周期中的地位，阐述了型号试验基线及其文件的组成，讨论了航天器环境试验概念和试验要求标准的演化，给出了试验基线的定义和主要内容。
