新型航天器环境试验标准基线与剪裁研究

         

摘要

随着航天任务的多样化和复杂化,以深空探测着陆器、巡视器为代表的新型航天器的运行环境剖面复杂,与传统航天器面临的轨道环境存在很大差别,这也导致了深空探测器的任务成功率要远远低于一般航天器.在地面对新型航天器的功能、性能进行充分、有效的验证,筛除早期缺陷对航天器的地面试验提出了新的挑战.文中系统地整理了NASA《星座计划环境试验鉴定与验收要求》中新型航天器的试验方法,归纳了对于不同装配层级硬件的试验基线,并与通用航天器试验标准SMC?S?016《运载器上面级和航天器试验要求》开展了对标工作,对标准中的基线调整,新型试验手段和试验剪裁技术进行了归纳与分析,提出了对未来我国新型航天器试验方法的建议.%With the diversification and complication of the space missions, the operating environment of the new spacecraft represented by the lander and the rover for deep space exploration is complex. The orbit environment is very different from the traditional spacecraft, which leads to that the success rate of the deep space detector is much lower than the general spacecraft. It is a new challenge for the ground test to verify the function and performance sufficiently and effectively, as well as screen out the early defects. The new spacecraft test method in NASA Con-stellation Program Environmental Qualification and Acceptance Testing Requirements was systematically sorted, and the test baseline for different assembly levels of hardware was summarized in this paper. The benchmarking with SMC-S-016 Test Requirements for Launch, Upper-stage, and Space Vehicles was carried out. The baseline adjust-ment, new test method and the test tailoring technologies in the standard were summarized and analyzed, and the test method for our new spacecraft in future was suggested.
