MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ATTENDED SPACECRAFT AND METHOD OF CONDUCTING MULTI-PURPOSE SCIENTIFIC APPLIED RESEARCHES BY MEANS OF THIS SPACECRAFT

FIELD: cosmonautics, astrophysics and study of Earth resources. SUBSTANCE: proposed spacecraft includes pressurized compartment for equipment, central air lock chamber, tunnel for passage of cosmonauts through mating unit, external swivel instrument platform and servicing systems. Tunnel, pressurized compartment and air lock chamber are interconnected forming basic primary structure of multi- functional spacecraft. In the course of flight of spacecraft, epitaxial semiconductor structures are obtained at ultra-high vacuum orienting the longitudinal axis of spacecraft along velocity vector. Protective molecular screen is opened by means of units mounted in air lock chamber which is also used for extension of special-purpose equipment from pressurized compartment and landing of jettisonable capsules.
