电子元器件加速寿命试验技术浅析

摘要

Theoretical basis of accelerated life test and several test methods were introduced. Several accelerated life test methods were compared. Based on the design of a space electronics accelerated life testing scheme in practical work, several technical problems of accelerated life test were discussed.%介绍了电子元器件加速寿命试验的理论基础及常用的几种试验方法，并对几种加速寿命试验方法进行了比较。结合工作实践中开展的电子产品加速寿命试验方案的设计与编制工作，讨论了电子元器件加速寿命试验的几点技术问题。
