采用组织块分离法,从药用植物连翘的报、茎、叶中分离出内生菌136株,其中真菌71株,细菌42株,放线菌23株;以烟草赤星菌,苹果干腐病,棉立枯病菌,茄腐皮病镰孢霉,革燕麦镰孢霉5种植物病原菌作为靶标菌,测定了连翘内生菌的抗菌活性.结果表明连翘中有比较丰富的具有抗菌活性的内生菌,并初步筛选出了9株抗菌活性高的内生真菌、7株内生细菌和4株内生放线菌.%136 strains of entophytes were isolated from roots, stems and leaves of Fructus forsythiae with tissue isolation method, in which 71 strains were entophytic fungi ,42 strains were entophytic bacteria and 23 strains were entophytic acdnomycetes. Iinhibition activities of the en-tophytes was measured with Altemaria longipa Tobacco pathotype, Botroyosphaeria ribii, Rhizocumia solani, Fusarium solani( Mart. ) App. Et Wollenw and Fuiarivm avenacaan var. Herbarum ( Corda) Sacc 5 species of plant pathogens as a target. The result showed that there were relatively rich entophytes with antibacterial activity in Fructus forsythiae and 9 strains of endophytic fungi, 7 strains of endophytic bacteria and 4 strains of endophytic actinomycetes,which had strong antibacterial activity against the pathogens, were preliminarily screened out.
