利用30个抗稻瘟病单基因系对重庆市242个稻瘟病菌株进行致病型研究,242个菌株可分为58个致病类型,其中致病型25、11和22属于优势致病型,这3个致病型的菌株数占参试菌株的43.0%;以相似度70%为界,可将30个单基因系划分成9个不同的抗病型,并依据各单基因系对58个致病型菌株的抗性反应,筛选出F80-1(Pi-k)、IRBL9-W( Pi-9)、IRBLz5-CA(H-z5)、F1281 (Pi-ta2)、IRBLzy-T( Pi-z1)、IRBLkh-K3( Pi-kh)、IRBLkp-K60(Pi-kP)、IRBLz-Fu( Pi-z)、IRBL12-M (Pi-12)等9个对重庆市稻瘟病菌具有较好鉴别力的单基因鉴别寄主.%30 monogenic lines with rice blast resistance were used to study the pathogenicity of 242 Pyricularia grisea in Chongqing Ctiy. Hie results showed that 242 Pyricularia grisea were classified into 58 pathogenic types,which pathotypes 25,11 and 22 belonged the dominant pathogenic bacteria and accounted for43.0 %. At level of 70 % similarity, the 30 monogenic lines were classified into nine pathogenic types. According to the resistant response of each monogenic line to the 58 pathogenic types, F80-1 ( Pi-k) , IRBL9-W( Pi-9) ,IRBLz5-CA (Pi-z3),F128-l(Pi-ta2),lRBLzt-T(Pi-z1),IRBLkh-K3(Pi-kh),IRBLkp-K60(Pi-kP),IRBLz-Fu(Pi-z) and IRBL12-M(Pi-12)were selected, that could be used for differentiating pathogenicity of Pyricularia grisea in Chongqing Ctiy.
