玉米自交系Sn-8-1-1的产量、果穗性状及其感病株率与种植密度间的关系

     

摘要

Maize inbred line Sn-8-1-1 with the characteristics of good quality, high yield, resistant to pests, good combing ability, developed by Guangxi Maize Research Institute, was the female parent of single cross hybrid Nanniwan 18 approved by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Government for release in 2010. In order to provide scientific base for the seed production with high quality and yield, the relationship between kernel yield, ear traits, diseased plants rate and planting density of the line Sn-8-1-1 was investigated. The result showed that the kernel yield of maize inbred line Sn-8-1-1 increased with the planting density increased from 54 000 plants/hm2 to 78 000 plants/hm2, then decreased with the planting density rising from 78000 plants/hm2 to 90000 plants/hm2, with the maximum yield of 5725.65 kg/hm2; Ear length, ear diameter, row number per ear, kernel number per row, 1000-kemel weight decreased with the planting density increasing from 54 000 plants /hm2 to 90 000 plants/hm2, while percentage of barren plant and diseased plants rate increased with the planting density increased. The result of correlation analysis indicated that: the relationship between kernel yield and planting density was significantly positive; the relationship between kernel yield and percentage of barren plant and diseased plants rate were positive but not significantly and the relationship between kernel yield and ear length, ear diameter were both significantly negative; the relationship between kernel yield and row number per ear, kernel number per row, 1000-kernel weight were all negative but not significantly. Path analysis revealed that the traits by the direct contribution to yield were in order of planting density(P1→γ = 0.8949) > row number per ear (P4→γ = 0.6073 ) > kernel number per row (P5→γ =0.4610) > 1000-kemel weight(P6→γ =0.3222) >percentage of barren plant(P7→γ =0.2760) > ear diameter(P3→γ = -0.3469) > diseased plants rate ( P8→γ= - 0. 4117) > ear length (P2→γ = -0.9712 ). The best planting density for the seed production of Nanniwan 18 was 78 000 plants/hm2, which could ensure the yield and quality of seed production.%玉米自交系Sn-8-1-1是广西玉米研究所选育的具有苏湾种质基础的优质、高产、抗病、高配玉米自交系,研究Sn-8-1-1的产量、果穗性状及其感病株率与种植密度间的关系可为高产优质种子生产提供科学依据.2010年在广西玉米研究所进行7个种植密度的种植试验.结果表明:Sn-8-1-1的产量随种植密度的增加先增加后降低,当密度达78 000株/hm2时,产量最高( 5725.65kg/hm2),以后随种植密度的增加逐渐下降;穗长、穗粗、行粒数、穗行数、千粒重随种植密度的增加逐渐下降;空杆率、感病株率随种植密度的增加逐渐增大.相关分析表明产量与种植密度为显著正相关,产量与空秆率、感病株率均为不显著正相关;产量与穗长、穗粗为显著负相关;与穗行数、行粒致、千粒重为不显著负相关.通径分析各性状对产量的直接贡献大小依次为种植密度(P1→y=0.8949)>穗行数(P4→y=0.6073)>行粒数(P5→y=0.4610)>千粒重(P6→y=0.3222)>空秆率(P7→y=0.2760)>穗粗(P3→y=-0.3469)>感病株率(P8→y=-0.4117)>穗长(P2→y=-0.9712).综合产量及千粒重、感病株率等因素,南泥湾18的最佳制种种植密度为78000株/hm2;在该种植密度条件下,可确保南泥湾18的制种产量及质量.
