The field experiment with L16(45)design was carried out to study suitable plant density and base manure, N, P, K rates for Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell growth period, main economic characters, yield and effective content. The results indicated that plant density, base manure rate and N rate had significant effects on growth period, main economic characters, yield and effective content. In order to obtain highest yield of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell, the most suitable density,the best rates of N, P, K and base manure were 13.58 × 104 plants/hm2 ,164.37 kg/ hm2, 65.75 kg/ hm2and 148.88 kg/ hm2 and 30 t/ hm2 ,respectively in this study.%文章应用L16(45)正交试验设计,采用田间试验研究了胡黄连(Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell)的种植密度和施肥量对其生育期、主要农艺性状、产量和有效成分含量的影响.结果表明,种植密度和施肥量对胡黄连生育期、主要农艺性状、产量和有效成分含量影响显著.在每公顷种植密度13.58万苗,施底肥30t、氮肥164.37 kg、磷肥65.75 kg、钾肥148.88kg时,胡黄连产量最高.
