From microspore regeneration plant of offsprings of the farm mustard ' Xiyexiao' seeds under spaceflight condition, a specific sterile state plant ZC-5-(4)-l was discovered. The agronomic character,floral organ morphology, pollen viability and germination, self-crossing maturing rate of the material were studied in this paper. The results showed that plants in this strain had neat plant type and a strong growth, a typical long stigma, dry anther with little pollen, a large number of nectaries on pedicels and branches; its flower was difficult to continuously open. Pollen viability and germination rate was very low. The self-crossing rate under bagging was zero. The author preliminarily identified that this material was a typical and excellent functional male sterile line.%从农家雪菜品种“细叶萧”航天搭载后代的小孢子再生植株中,发现1个不育态的特异植株ZC-5-(4)-1.对该材料进行了农艺性状、花器形态、花粉活力与萌发率、自交结实率等的初步研究.结果表明:该材料株系植株整齐,生长强势;典型长柱头,花蕾持续难以开放,花药干瘪但稍有花粉,花柄和枝条上有大量蜜腺;花粉生活力及萌发率极低;套袋自交结实率为0.初步判定该特异态材料为一个典型而优异的功能不育系.
