The genetic diversity of 35 Yunnan ponies was analyzed by 11 pairs of micro-satellite markers to provide the scientific basis for protection , development and utilization of Yunnan pony resources. The results showed that the Na. Ne, PIC and H of different loci were 8. 55, 6.33, 0.81 and 0.84, respectively and Yunnan pony population was in the unbalanced Hardy-Weinberg state, which indicated that the genetic diversity of Yunnan pony was richness.%为云南矮马资源的保护、开发和利用提供科学依据,采用11个微卫星标记对35匹云南矮马进行遗传多样性分析,计算各微卫星位点的等位基因数(Na)、有效等位基因数(Ne)、多态信息含量(PIC)、杂合度(H)并进行了哈代-温伯格平衡检验.结果表明,各位点平均等位基因数8.55,平均有效等位基因数6.33,平均多态信息含量0.81,平均杂合度0.84,处于哈代-温伯格不平衡状态.说明,云南矮马的遗传多样性较丰富.
