青霉菌灭活菌丝体对烤烟苗期性状的影响

摘要

以烟草红花大金元品种为材料,研究了青霉菌灭活菌丝体(DM)对烟叶苗期性状的影响.结果表明,在常规漂浮育苗时加入青霉菌灭活菌丝体能促进烟苗的生长,每个漂浮育苗盘(162孔)基质中加入31.25 DM烟苗生长状况最好.在施用方式、施用量及施用时期3个影响因素中,影响最大的是施用方式,直接拌入基质是最佳施用方式,而施用量及施用时期共同影响苗期的烟叶性状.%The effect of dry mycelium ( DM) of Penicillium chrysogenum ( PEN) on seedling-stage traits of Nicotiana tobacco L. var. Hongda was investigated. The results ahowed that the conventional float syatems mixed with DM could promote the gowth of tobacco seedlings. Tohacco seedlings have the best gmwth status with application of DM at the dose of 31. 25 g/plate( 162 holea). The effecta of mode. doaage and duration of application of DM on growth of tobacco aeedlinga were compared. The results ahow that the application of mode had the greatcst influence on growth, and the optimum application mode was mixed the DM into growth medium. Meanwhile, the application of dosage and duration could affect the leaf traits during tobacco seedling-atage.
