通过Co60辐射诱变获得了水稻早衰突变体材料H04002-9,以突变体为测试方,野生型为驱动方在早衰性状出现时构建了水稻早衰差异表达基因文库,差异片段克隆、测序后通过GeneBank数据库分析表明,突变体编码腺苷甲硫氨酸脱羧酶的Os02g0611200基因中有4个碱基发生了变异,引起了翻译出的蛋白质序列中3个氨基酸发生改变,使腺苷甲硫氨酸脱羧酶的活性发生了变化,因此初步推测Os02g0611200基因的表达量与水稻早衰具有相关性.%Premature senescence mutant H04002-9 obtained by Co-γ radiation-induced mutation was used as the material to construct the rice premature senility differentially expressed genes library when premature senility characters occurred. Differential fragment was clonged and sequenced, then was analyzed by GeneBank database. The results showed that 4 basea in Os02g0611200 that coded adenosylmethionine decarboxylase had mutations that led to that 3 amino acids changed. The acativity of adenosylmethionine decarboxylase also was changed. The preliminary conclusion was drawn that the expression of Os02g0611200 gene had correlation with the rice premature senility.
