烤烟品种CB-1化学成分变异分析

             

摘要

In order to study the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco CB-1,taken the flue-cured tobacco CB-1 s(including Ninghua,Changting,Youxi and Wuyishan) from 2009 to 2010 as samples,of which nine main chemical indexs were analyzed from different areas and different grades,and the comparisons between CB-1 and F1-35,Yun85,Yun87,Hongda and K326 were conducted.The result showed that(i) The differences of chemical components of CB-1s from Shanghang,Ninghua and Changting were smaller than that from Youxi and Wuyishan ; (ii) Differences among stalk positions were significant at 5% level except chlorine content,and the grade C3 F was more similar to X2F than B2F; (iii)Compared with other varieties,the K content of CB-1 had a maximum difference with Hongda and F1-35 but a minimum difference with Yun85.%为研究烤烟品种CB-1化学成分变异情况,以上杭、宁化、长汀、尤溪、武夷山5个CB-1主产区2009,2010年烟叶样品为材料,对9个主要化学指标进行地区、等级差异比较,并与烤烟品种F1-35、云85、云87、红大和K326对比.结果表明:CB-1化学成分与地域有关,上杭、宁化、长汀3地较为接近,而与尤溪、武夷山差异较大;各部位间除氯含量外,均存在显著差异,B2F与C3F、X2F等级差异较大;CB-1与其它品种相比,钾含量差异最大,总体与云85较为接近,与红大、F1-35差异最大.
