2种土壤改良措施防治烟草青枯病研究

             

摘要

The lime ( Ca(0H)2 ) and soil additives T-310adjuste and were applied by two ways,including in the whole field broadcasting 15 days before transplanting and application per plant when transplanting,to improve soil planted tobacco with tobacco bacterial wilt (Ralstonia solanaceanim). The results showed that,the lime and soil additives T-310 adjuste could reduce the incidence and bacterial wilt disease index in Xingwen County and Miyi County in Sichuan Province. Compared with CK, bacterial wilt incidence was decreased by 23.3% and 21.3% and the disease index was decreased by 20.2 and 17. The bacterial wilt incidence and disease index in soil with the lime (Ca(OH)2) and soil additives T-310 adjuste treatment were lower than that in soil with drug treatment. The lime (Ca(OH)2) and soil additives T-310 adjuste had no obviously negative effect on tobacco growth.%选取石灰(Ca(OH)2)和土壤添加物T-310,分别采用移栽前半月全田撒施混土和移栽时窝施两种方式,对青枯病烟田进行土壤改良调控.从四川省兴文县和米易县两地试验结果来看,青枯病烟田施用T-310和石灰在降低青枯病发病率和抑制青枯病病情指教方面都有较好效果,与空白对照相比,发病率最多低23.3和21.3个百分比,病情指数最多降低20.2和17.2种土壤处理小区的发病率和病情指数也低于药剂处理.石灰和T-310的施用对烟叶生长无明显不良影响.
