不同水稻品种(系)对白叶枯病的抗性分析

         

摘要

[目的]白叶枯病是水稻上重要的细菌性病害,本文检测了不同水稻品种(系)对主要白叶枯病菌的抗性情况.[方法]选择中国流行的9个白叶枯病菌株及菲律宾的强毒性广谱致病菌株PXO99,利用剪叶法对收集的64个水稻品种(系)进行抗性分析.[结果]生理小种YN24、PXO99、YN1致病力最强,致病率分别达到了95.31%、95.31%、92.19%,致病力最弱的生理小种是YN18,致病率只有3.23%;水稻品种(系)武21621、A130、圣稻740对10个生理小种都表现抗病,C418、K18对10个生理小种都表现感病,其它品种(系)对10个生理小种抗性表现不一.同时,PCR分析表明对10个菌株表现抗病的水稻品种圣稻740可能含有新的抗病基因,是一个潜在的抗病资源.[结论]这些研究结果对指导水稻白叶枯病抗性育种工作具有参考价值.%[Objective]Bacterial leaf blight is an important bacterial disease of rice.The present study was conducted to find out the resistance of different rice varieties (lines) to the main bacterial leaf blight pathogens.[Method]9 Xoo representative strains in China and Philippines strong toxicity,broad spectrum Xoo strain PXO99 were selected to identify the resistance of 64 rice varieties (lines).[Result] Xoo strains YN24,PXO99,YN1 had the strongest virulence,and pathogenic rate had reached 95.31%,95.31%,92.19 %,respectively;The weakest virulence strain was YN18 of which pathogenic rate was only 3.23 %;Rice varieties (lines) Wu21621,A130,Shengdao740 were resistant to all 10 Xoo strains.At the same time,the PCR analysis showed that Shengdao740 whose had resistance to the 10 strains may contain new resistance genes.It is a potential resistance resource.[Conclusion]The research work provides a reference for rice bacterial leaf blight resistance breeding.
