饲用欧洲菊苣吸收积累土壤重金属与土壤性质的关系

             

摘要

[Objective] The relationship between heavy metal accumulation and soil heavy metal content,soil pH,cation exchange capacity and organic matter content was discussed.[Method]Concentrations of As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn in younger leaf,older leaf and root of Chicory [Cichorium intybus L.(partim)] planted in 3 kind of soils were determined to investigate the relationship between absorption and accumulation of heavy metals and soil properties by absorption coefficient and correlation coefficient.[Result] The heavy metal content in European chicory followed the order as root > old leaf > young leaf,and the heavy metal was not easily moved up after being absorbed by European chicory.In addition to Cd,there was no correlation between heavy metal content and soil heavy metal content in various parts of European chicory,and the concentration coefficient of heavy metal was less than 1,which was not rich in soil heavy metal.Under 3 soil conditions,the European chicory root and the old leaf had a certain enrichment of Cd,and the young leaf in the neutral and alkaline soil were not rich in Cd.Absorption of heavy metals with European Chicory was the most closely related to soil pH.Acidic soil helped European chicory to absorb heavy metals such as As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,etc.It was especially easy to accumulate As and Cd.Alkaline soil,Pb and Zn were easily absorbed and moved up by European chicory.The relationship between soil heavy metal and soil cation exchange capacity and soil organic matter in Europe chicory was complex and needed to be further studied.[Conclusion] It was generally safe to plant European chicory in neutral and alkaline soil,and to cut the young leaf.European chicory had a large biomass and its old leaf and roots could be used as a restorative crop for Cd contaminated soils.Different from exogenous pollution,soil heavy metal endogenous pollution was not necessarily transmitted to crops.Improving soil pH could reduce the effectiveness of heavy metals and was an effective way to improve heavy metal pollution.%[目的]探讨欧洲菊苣重金属积累与土壤重金属含量,土壤pH,阳离子交换量和有机质含量的关系.[方法]在云南3种不同土壤条件下种植的饲用欧洲菊苣,分别检测幼叶、老叶、根中Cr、Cu、Zn、Ni、As、Pb、Cd的含量,用富集系数和相关系数来探讨与土壤性质的关系.[结果]欧洲菊苣中重金属含量为根>老叶>幼叶,重金属被欧洲菊苣吸收后不易向上移动.除Cd外,欧洲菊苣各部位重金属含量与土壤重金属含量不相关,重金属富集系数都小于1,不富集土壤重金属.3种土壤条件下,欧洲菊苣根和老叶对Cd有一定富集,在中性和碱性土壤上幼叶基本不富集Cd.欧洲菊苣吸收富集土壤重金属与土壤pH关系最密切.酸性土壤有助于欧洲菊苣吸收Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni等重金属,尤其容易富集As和Cd.碱性土壤,Pb、Zn易于被欧洲菊苣吸收并向上移动.欧洲菊苣吸收富集土壤重金属与土壤阳离子交换量和土壤有机质的关系复杂,有待深入研究.[结论]选择在中性和碱性土壤上种植饲用欧洲菊苣,刈割上部叶作饲料是基本安全的.欧洲菊苣生物量大,其下部老叶和根可利用作为Cd污染土壤的修复作物.与外源污染不同,土壤重金属内源污染,不一定传递到作物.提高土壤pH能降低重金属的有效性,是改良重金属污染土壤的有效途径.
