普洱茶抑肥降脂作用比较研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The anti-obesity and lipid-decreasing effects of Pu-er raw tea (natural fermentation) and Pu-er ripe tea (artificial fermentation) were studied in the present paper.[Method] After the nutritional obesity rats models were molded,the indexes of rat body weight,fat intake,serum and liver were analyzed by feeding in Pu-er raw tea and ripe tea.[Result]The gain in rats weight were controlled while the Pu-er raw and ripe tea were added,at the same time,the indexes of TC,TG,LDL-C,body weight,and fat coefficient were all inferior to the fat model group,while HDL-C index improved remarkably.[Conclusion]The Pu-er raw tea and ripe tea had the anti-obesity and lipid-decreasing effects on the obesity rats,and could significantly improve the obesity indexes in rats,the comprehensive effects order were Pu-er ripe tea of 7 years > Pu-er raw tea of 7 years > Pu-er raw tea of 2 years.%[目的]比较普洱茶生、熟茶对营养性肥胖大鼠的抑肥降脂作用.[方法]造模营养性肥胖试验大鼠,通过喂饲普洱生、熟茶配方饲料,分析普洱生、熟茶摄取对肥胖型大鼠体重、脂肪、血清、肝脏等指标的影响.[结果]与肥胖模型组比较,普洱生茶和熟茶均对肥胖大鼠体重增加有较强的抑制作用,大鼠体重、脂肪湿重、脂肪系数、TG、TC、LDL-C等指标均低于肥胖模型组,而HDL-C则有明显提高.[结论]普洱茶生、熟茶均对营养性肥胖大鼠有抑肥降脂作用,能显著改善大鼠的各项肥胖指标,其综合作用效果顺序为7年普洱熟茶>7年普洱生茶>2年普洱生荼.
