[Objective] A quick,efficient and accurate method to distinguish flue-cured tobacco varieties was established.[Method] Based on the appearance quality,chemical quality,sensory quality and other aspects,the 5 main cultivated flue-cured tobacco varieties K326,NC71,Yunyan 87,KRK26 and Hongda planted in four material basements Yuxi,Dali,Chuxiong and Zhaotong in 2013 and 2014 were compared and analyzed,and the performance of agronomic traits and characteristic of baked leaves between different flue-cured tobacco varieties were studied.[Result]The appearance characteristics of tobacco was established as a key to quickly identify species of main flue-cured tobacco varieties on basis of the studies on appearance and internal characteristics of the above-mentioned 5 varieties.[Conclusion] A set of methods for rapid identification of flue-cured tobacco varieties could be formed.%[目的]建立一套快速、有效和准确的烤烟品种识别方法.[方法]从外观质量、化学品质、感官品质等方面对2013和2014年玉溪、大理、楚雄、昭通4个核心原料基地生产的K326、NC71、云87、KRK26、红花大金元(简称“红大”)5个主栽烤烟品种的烟叶进行了分析比较,研究不同烤烟品种之间的田间农艺性状表现和烤后烟叶外观特征.[结果]通过对上述5个主栽品种的外观及内在特征特性的研究,确定了以烤烟外观特征特性作为快速识别品种的关键.[结论]可形成快速识别烤烟品种的一套方法.
