[目的]揭示镉(Cd)胁迫下甘蔗体内Cd的吸收及游离氨基酸的变化情况,为进一步研究甘蔗对Cd胁迫的耐受机制提供依据.[方法]通过土壤盆栽试验,采用不同浓度的Cd(0、25、50和100 mg/kg)对糖料甘蔗进行胁迫处理至成熟期,再利用氨基酸分析仪和原子荧光光谱仪测定Cd在甘蔗体内的吸收以及甘蔗游离氨基酸的变化.[结果]随着土壤Cd浓度的升高,甘蔗受害程度加重,甘蔗茎和叶中的Cd含量随Cd处理浓度的升高而增加,呈显著正相关;精氨酸(Arg)和亮氨酸(Leu)等氨基酸含量随Cd处理浓度的升高而增加,苏氩酸(Thr)和丝氨酸(Ser)等氨基酸含量在Cd处理浓度为25 mg/kg时降低,此后随Cd处理浓度的升高而增加.[结论]Cd胁迫使得甘蔗地上部的Cd含量显著增加,茎叶受到毒害,检测到的17种游离氨基酸含量均随之发生变化.%[Objective]The present paper aims to reveal the changes of Cd absorption and free amino acids in sugarcane under the stress of cadmium (Cd),and to provide a basis for further study of the tolerance mechanism of sugarcane on Cd stress.[Method] Cd uptake and the changes of sugarcane free amino acids were determined by amino acid analyzer and Atomic fluorescence spectrometer with different Cd concentration(0,25,50,100 mg/kg) under potted conditions.[Result] It was found that the toxic symptoms of sugarcane increased with the increasing of Cd concentration,the Cd content in sugarcane stems and sugarcane leaves increased with the increasing of Cd concentration,and showed a significant positive correlation;the content of Arg and Leu increased with the increase of Cd concentration.The amino acids such as Asp and Glu decreased as the concentration of Cd treatment was 25 mg/kg and then increased with the increasing of Cd concentration.[Conclusion] Cd content in stems and leaves of sugarcane were significantly increased and 17 kinds of free amino acids content were changed under Cd stress.
