电力系统热稳定实时控制框架

         

摘要

为了提高电力系统热稳定控制的有效性及自动化水平,通过比较分析各种控制控制手段的现状及特点,提出了基于AGC系统实施电网过载轻微时的校正控制以及预想故障下过载的预防控制,以及基于调度员遥控实施过载严重时的校正控制的热稳定实时控制方案。对基于AGC的实时控制及调度员遥控涉及的关键技术进行了分析,并通过仿真算例验证了所提方案的正确性。%In order to improve the effectiveness and automatic level of thermal stability control of power system, and based on com-parative analysis of the current situation and characteristics of a variety of control means, this paper proposes a real-time control framework for power system thermal stability. In the framework, AGC serving as preventive control or corrective control mean to slight overload, and dispatcher-based remote control serving as corrective control mean to serious overload. The key technologies of dispatcher-based remote control and AGC-based real-time control methods are analyzed, and the validity of the proposed framework is confirmed with a simulation example.
