浅谈南水北调中线工程运行维护合同管理过程中的变更控制

摘要

TherearemanycontractchangesinthemanagingprocessoftheoperationandmaintenancecontractsintheSouth-to-NorthWaterDi-version Middle Route Project. Controlling those changes are important procedure in the managing process of the contract. The person in charge of the contract should effectively control the construction contents, methods and quantities on the spot, and complete the controlling of the con-tract changes, in order to ensure the contract budget costs under control.%南水北调中线工程运行维护管理过程中，发生变更较多。变更控制是合同管理过程中的重要环节。合同人员需在现场施工过程中对施工内容、方法、工程量等有效掌控，切实做好合同变更管理，使合同预算成本在可控范围。
