商业银行国库业务非现场监管模式研究

摘要

随着我国商业银行国库业务的快速发展，中央银行目前依赖手工报送和柜面监督的非现场监管模式已滞后于商业银行的国库业务信息化发展。本文分析了当前中央银行对商业银行国库业务非现场监管的现状与不足，指出建设国库业务非现场监管系统的意义，并从建设目标、功能需求和实现途径等方面，提出推进商业银行国库业务非现场监管系统建设的构想。%With the rapid development of commercial banks' treasury operations, the off-site supervision model of manual reporting and incase supervision in Central banks have lagged behind the development of the treasury business information in commercial banks. This paper analyzes the status quo and shortcomings about the off-site supervision in treasury operations of central bank to commercial banks, and points out the great significance in construction systems of offsite supervision in treasury operations. At last, the paper gives suggestions about building objectives, functional requirements and realization path.
