寒冷气候区低能耗公共建筑空间性能驱动设计体系建构*

         

摘要

aBStract Because of the harsh climate conditions in cold climate area, the issue of the energy consumption in public buildings becomes more severe. The deficiency of the designing methods result the subjectivization of making decisions, the uncover multiple energy consumption index, which leads to the bivariate distribution in public building energy consumption in our country, and became the bottleneck in restraining the development of low energy consumption building design level. This study is established in the regional characteristics of cold areas, introduces performance driven design theoretical system, construct public building spatial design theory, method and technology system in cold climate. The paper points out the key problems of the low energy consumption building design methods, reveals the need for the introduction of performance-driven design theory and explains the frame of the low energy consumption public building space performance-driven design method and analysis the characters of the method from indexes quantization effect on the architectural design process, multi environmental performance indexes optimization and design and evaluation integration three aspects.%  寒冷气候区因气候条件严酷,公共建筑的能耗问题尤为严重。现有寒地低能耗公共建筑设计方法的不足导致了设计决策主观化,多项能耗指标难以兼顾,设计过程与评价机制分离等问题,制约了寒地低能耗公共建筑的发展。为此,本文立足于寒冷气候区地域特征,提出引入性能驱动设计理论,从理论、方法和技术层面建立寒冷气候区低能耗公共建筑空间性能驱动设计体系。文章首先剖析了低能耗公共建筑设计中的瓶颈问题,揭示了引入性能驱动设计理论的必要性,阐释了寒地低能耗公共建筑性能驱动设计体系架构。从数形关联、多性能指标优化和设计评价一体化三方面解析了寒冷气候区低能耗公共建筑空间性能驱动设计体系的技术特征。
