文章试图通过对台湾建筑师黄声远及其团队“田中央”在台东宜兰县的19年建筑实践的分析，试图探讨建筑地域性的另一种可能性--一种植根于本土社群的，基于社会行动的建筑地域性。这种地域性不是简单的复制传统建筑的形式因素，而是对社群和本土气候的积极回应。黄声远及“田中央”团队的作品，不仅仅汲取了宜兰原有的地域特色，而且更是创造了宜兰新的地域特色，他们的作品逐渐改变了城市的面貌，提升了生活品质，赋予了强烈的气质。%The essay tries to take the Taiwan architect, Sheng-yuan Huang, and his practices in Yilan County around 19 years as an example to discuss the alternative possibility of regionality that is based on local communities and social actions. This kind of regionality dose not simply copy the form of traditional architecture, but react to needs of communities and the climate. Huang’s works not only absorb regional features but create a new characteristic for Yilan. Their works gradual y change the city, improve the quality of life and give a strong character to the city.
