传统砖木建筑功能与性能整体提升的实践初探*--宜兴市周铁镇北河沿民宅更新设计

摘要

Based on the renovation design of a riverside traditional Brick-Timber house at Zhoutie Town, Yixing City, this paper has mainly illustrated how renovation achieves an integrated functional optimization and performance improvement from the following process: function programming, structure reinforcement, thermal environment improvement, luminous environment design and architecture style control. By the utility of local techniques and materials as wel, the author has explored a method of sustainable renovation on existing Brick-Timber houses in Jiangnan Region.%以宜兴周铁镇北河沿民居改造设计为例，以建筑功能与性能整体提升为目标，从功能策划、空间重组、结构加固、热环境改善、能源资源再利用、光环境设计、风貌控制等方面出发，探索基于可持续性改造原则并结合地方材料与建造工艺的江南地区传统砖木民居更新的实践经验。
