Large numbers of studies illustrated that daylighting is conducive to adolescents’health and energy-efficient of schools. American Innovative Design is the leader in the fields of daylighting design and sustainable design for Primary and secondary school buildings. For decades, Innovative Design always insists on combining research and design. They focus on the quality and uniformity of schools-daylighting. What’s more, they pay attention to a whole-building approach to daylighting. The paper introduces the development process and major daylighting strategies of Innovative Design.
