农村老年高血压患者相关知识及影响因素分析

摘要

Objective Analyzes the hypertension-related knowledge and influencing factors of rural aged patients with hypertension so as to provide reference bases for making health education strategy to rural aged patients with hypertension.Methods Chi-square test and logistic regression were applied to analyze the factors influencing of hypertension-related knowledge awareness in rural aged patients with hypertension.Results The passing rate of hypertension-related knowledge awareness among rural aged patients with hypertension was 17.46%. 89.42% of aged patients knew the necessity of taking medicine continuously. The knowing rate of hypertension happened related factors, influencing factors of blood pressure fluctuation, appropriate consumption of salt everyday was less than 10%. There was significant difference in related knowledge awareness of different education and occupation.Conclusions Rural aged patients with hypertension were lack of related knowledge. Education and occupation are significant influencing factors.%[目的] 分析农村老年高血压患者相关知识及其影响因素,为制定农村老年高血压患者的健康教育策略提供参考依据.[方法] 应用χ2检验和logistic回归分析农村老年高血压患者相关知识知晓的影响因素.[结果] 农村老年高血压患者的知识得分及格率为17.46%,其中89.42%的患者知晓持续服药的必要性,但对于高血压发生相关因素、血压波动影响因素和每日适宜摄盐量的知晓率不足10%;不同文化程度和职业的老年高血压患者的相关知识知晓率有显著性差异.[结论] 农村老年高血压患者相关知识比较缺乏,文化程度和职业是显著性影响因素.
