自启蒙运动以降，技术开始真正成为社会、经济发展的重要组成部分。然而，技术在进步的过程中并非是一帆风顺的，对新技术的抵制与反抗往往出现在许多时期和地方，却似乎在很大程度上被我们所忽视了。文章对技术抵制的各种原因予以分类，通过哲学反思试图说明：在历史上，技术进步的抵制已经是一种一般现象，技术发展史是技术进步与抵制的斗争史。%Since the Enlightenment,technology has become in a real sense an important component of the social and economic development. However,the development of new technology is not without a hitch;there are against the new tech-nology kinds of resistance occurring in different places and periods of time but ignored by us to a big extent. In this article, causes of the resistance are classified,and the philosophical reflection on them shows that resistance to the progress of tech-nology has been a common historical phenomenon,and the history of technological development is by nature a long-term struggle of innovation and resistance.
