新型农村社区建设的根本目的在于为农民提供各种公共服务，促进城乡公共服务均等化，实现城乡一体化发展。因此，公共服务是新型农村社区建设的核心命题。该调查以青岛为例，选取有代表性的新型农村社区，以农民为调查对象，对农业科技服务、农村义务教育、农民就业服务、农村医疗卫生、农村养老、农村文化建设等6项基本公共服务满意度情况进行调查，对影响满意度的问题进行分析，在此基础上探讨提高新型农村社区公共服务满意度的对策。%The fundamental purpose of constructing the new rural community is to provide farmers with a variety of public services, promote the equalization of urban-rural public service, and realize the integrated urban and rural develop-ment.Therefore, the public service is the core proposition in the construction of new rural community.By taking some rep-resentative new rural communities in Qingdao as examples, this survey made an investigation among farmers about the satis-faction of public service including such respects as the services of agricultural science and technology, rural compulsory ed-ucation, services of rural employment, rural health, rural endowment and rural cultural construction, analyzed the problems that affect the degree of satisfaction, and finally discussed about the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction about serv-ices offered in new rural community public.
