卓越计划下青年教师工程实践能力培养和提升研究∗

摘要

卓越工程师教育培养计划对高校青年教师的能力提出了新的要求，要求青年教师必须具备正确的政治方向、较高的专业理论水平、解决工程问题的能力和社会协调能力等。按照上述要求，青年教师工程实践能力存在着由学校到学校的先天不足、学校缺乏培养机制和激励措施、没有建立校企合作平台等问题。为提高青年教师工程实践能力，高校应改变人才引进标准、加强对现有教师的培养、建立新的考核体系、注重青年教师实践能力的自我培养。同时文章还总结了太原理工大学机械工程学院在提高青年教师工程实践能力方面的落实情况。%As far as the competence of young college teachers is concerned, according to Excellent Engineering Edu-cation Program, the teachers are demanded to be with right political direction and have a high level of professional theory, the ability to solve engineering problems and social coordination competence, etc. The paper analyzes the congenital defi-ciency of engineering practice ability, the lack of training mechanism and incentive measures, the failure of the establish-ment of college-enterprise cooperation platform and other aspects, and makes some proposals about special solutions and measures on how to improve the engineering practice ability of the young teacher. In addition, the implementation of Me-chanical Engineering College in improving engineering practice ability of young teacher is summarized.
