农村党员的年龄结构调查与思考∗--以山西省晋中市X县为例

The age structure of the membership is one of the elements related to troop quality of the party member. In this paper, 12 towns of X county have been chosen in the empirical study, and thus arrives at the understanding of age structure of the rural party members. Due to historical and realistic reasons, the age structure of rural party members in X county presents obvious problems. In order to improve the situation, it is necessary to develop the quality of rural party members in the team from the following several aspects: first, the party committees at county or township level attaches great importance to the development of rural party members;second, ideas of farmers should be changed; and third, it is important to ensure the rights of the rural party members.%党员的年龄结构是评价党员队伍素质的要素之一。通过对X县12个乡镇进行的实证研究,形成了关于农村党员年龄结构的认识与思考。由于历史和现实原因,X县农村党员队伍的年龄结构呈现出党员队伍老化,年龄、党龄结构不合理等明显的问题,影响到党在农村的执政基础。为改善该县农村党员年龄结构,提升农村党员队伍质量,县、乡两级党委要对农村党员的发展工作高度重视,在进行宣传教育转变农民群众思想观念的同时,要切实保障农村党员的权利。
