PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production machine for Norimaki (vinegared rice rolled in dried laver) such as Gunkanmaki enabling the Norimaki to be produced efficiently with reduced laver waste.;SOLUTION: The production machine for the Norimaki comprises a formed boiled rice conveying mechanism A for conveying formed boiled rice R by intermittently rotating a revolving plate 2, a laver feeding mechanism B for feeding the mechanism A with laver, and a laver wrapping mechanism C for wrapping the formed boiled rice R with laver. The mechanism B comprises a core member 10 rotatably supporting a rolled laver 11, a laver-drawing arm 12 for drawing a band-shaped laver 11a from the rolled laver 11 and forming the slack 11b of the band-shaped laver 11a, a drive roller 21 for feeding the slackened band-shaped laver to a position ahead of the formed boiled rice R on the revolving plate 2 in the direction of its conveyance, and a laver cutter 23 for cutting the band-shaped laver fed the position ahead of the formed boiled rice R into a specified length.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
