PRODUCTION OF 'NORIMAKI' AND PRODUCTION DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To obtain in high yield 'norimaki' (vinegared rice rolled in laver) of predetermined appearance by advancing food material-molded lumps through a belt conveyer toward sheets of laver so arranged as to stand slantly behind the advancing direction of the belt conveyer. ;CONSTITUTION: Sheets of laver 7 are so arranged as to stand slantly at a tilt angle of 10-30° or so behind the advancing direction of a belt conveyer 3 relatively to the vertical direction to the carrying surface of the conveyer 3 to feed food material-molded lumps 2 by intermittent driving, thus rolling the molded lumps 2 in respective sheets of laver in a desired shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
