高校辅导员微博使用中非权力影响力的发挥

摘要

Micro-blogs are widely utilized by college counselors for their advantages of convenience, efficiency and so on. However, there exist some problems indeed, like blind follow of the trend, the boring content of blogs, the single mode, the weakening influence, etc. The aim of the article is to explore the roles of the micro-blogs. The conclusion is that the non-power influence of counselors and their micro-blogs should be enhanced.%高校辅导员微博，以便捷有效等诸多优势被广泛使用，但跟风开设、内容乏味、方式单一、感召力弱的问题也同时存在。充分发挥其作用，需增强大学辅导员的非权力影响力和微博的影响力。
