Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in CT enhancement examination. Methods 300 patients who came to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 for enhanced CT examination were randomly divided into two groups.They were respectively given routine nursing methods (control group) and clinical nursing pathway nursing methods (observation group). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group had less leakage of contrast medium, interruption of examination due to injection failure, nursing errors and nursing time than the control group. The satisfaction of patients and technicians in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in CT enhancement examination can not only effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and technicians, but also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨CT增强检查中临床护理路径的应用效果.方法 抽取2016年1月至2018年1月来我院进行CT增强检查的患者300例,随机平均分为两组,分别给予常规护理方法(对照组)及临床护理路径护理方法(观察组),对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析.结果 观察组的造影剂渗漏、因注射故障导致检查中断、护理差错及护理时间均少于对照组,观察组的患者及技师满意度均高于对照组.结论 CT增强检查中应用临床护理路径不仅能够有效地提高患者及技师的满意度,还能有效地降低不良事件的发生率,值得临床推广应用.
