规范管理流程促进信息化大项目落地--通过信息化手段管理信息化大型项目的研究与应用

摘要

In recent years, along with the deepening of medical system reform continuously moving forward, national investment in health information technology has also been increased, the informationzation projects for health system abounded accordingly. Then, with the development of Internet technology and the widely used of cloud computing technology, the superiority of the centralization deployment for application system (cloud model) is just gradually acquainted by people. For the health system, that’s a really big problem that how to manage these large informationzation projects due to lacking experience. This paper, taking the grassroots medical and health institutions management information system project in Liaoning province as an example, expatiates on the research and the application of building project management information system to manage large informationzation projects, which is constructed by LiaoNing Health Information Center.%近几年随着深化医疗体制改革的不断向前推进，国家对卫生信息化的投资也在不断加大，致使卫生系统大型的信息化项目层出不穷。网络速率的提升和云计算技术的广泛使用，使大集中部署的应用系统（云模式）以其独有的优势逐渐为大家认知。如何管理好这些大项目，对于缺乏大项目管理经验的卫生系统来说，这带来了不小的难题。本文以辽宁省基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统项目为例，介绍辽宁省卫生信息中心通过建立项目管理信息系统来管理大型信息化项目的研究与应用。
