五相感应电动机定子绕组匝间短路仿真分析

         

摘要

The unified model of the five-phase concentrated full-pitch induction for turn to turn short circuit in stator windings was designed. All kinds of short circuit faults and the influence of the motor's parameters under short circuit faults in stator windings can be analyzed through this model. The case for one phase windings of five-phase induction motor under turn to turn short circuit simulated by Matlab/Simulink,which was consistent with the field-circuit coupled result calculated by Ansoft. The validity of the designed model was confirmed to a certain extent. The influence of the coupled harmonic MMF between the fundamental and the third harmonic MMF was analyzed by calculating the motor's output torque pulsation.%建立了五相集中整距绕组感应电动机定子绕组匝间短路时的统一模型.通过该模型,可以分析定子各种短路故障及各电机参数对定子绕组匝间短路的影响.针对电机一相出现匝间短路时的情形,利用Matlab/Simulink 进行了仿真计算,通过对比Ansoft场路耦合计算结果,可以发现,两种结果是相吻合的,在一定程度上验证了所建立模型的正确性;分析了基波与三次谐波分量相耦合产生磁动势对电机输出转矩脉动的影响.
