表贴式调速永磁同步电动机径向磁拉力分析

摘要

分析了永磁同步电动机中负载磁场的主要谐波分量,对面贴式永磁同步电动机空载及负载磁场进行径向力波分析,该方法可以有效分析永磁同步电动机的径向磁拉力,并为采取对应措施消除由其引起的永磁同步电动机振动与噪声提出了理论依据.%The harmonic constituent part of magnetic field in vector-controlled SPMSM system with load was analysed and the conclusion that the load-field can be separated into no-load field and armature field was proposed and verified by EasiMotor.The radial electromagnetic force can been analysed by the FEM method based on this conclusion and it provides theoretical basis for the study of noise and vibration elimination.
