新型轴向分段式外永磁转子爪极电机研究

         

摘要

在对轴向分段式外永磁转子爪极电机的结构特点以及运行机理进行分析的基础上,建立了其等效磁路模型和电路模型,并编写了该种电机的电磁设计仿真程序,对该种电机的运行情况进行深入研究;为了准确得到电机的各种参数,对该种电机进行了三维电磁场分析,运用有限元工具软件分析了它的磁通密度分布及空载反电动势的情况;并提出一种场路耦合仿真方法实现了对该种电机及其控制系统的整体运行情况的仿真;最后在理论研究的基础上提出了该特种电机的设计特点和设计方法,并研制了一台12极实验样机;通过样机实验结果与理论分析的对比,验证了理论工作的正确性和可行性,为深入研究该种爪极电机奠定了基础.%On the basis of analyzing its structure, characteristics and operating mechanism, equivalent magnetic circuit and electrical circuit model wer built first, and electromagnetic design program was developed. Simulation research of electric machine was done. In order to acquire all kinds of correct parameter values ,three-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic field analysis was made for magnetic flux density vector and no-load electromotive force of machine by means of powerful finite element analysis (FEA) software;and a couple simulation method of field and circuit was put forward for achieving whole simulation of machine and control system. Finally, according to theoretical research above, design characteristic and design method were put forward, meantime, a 12-poles prototype of ASCPM was manufactured. Correctness and feasibility of theory work are verified by means of the comparison of theoretical researchs and experiment results, and foundation is laid on further research on this kind of machine.
