一种无刷直流电动机齿槽转矩分数槽削弱方法

     

摘要

For the problem of cogging torque of permanent magnet brushless DC motors ( PMBLDCM), a new fractional slot method with optimization of magnetic pole to reduce cogging torque was put forward. Theoretic analysis results show that fractional slot method only can reduce parts of harmonic of cogging torque. A pole width optimize method was used to improve the fractional slot method. Theoretic analysis shows that the method can reduce all of harmonic. Finite element analysis (FEA) simulation result of a PMBLDCM with 8 poles and 36 slots shows that the amplitude of cogging torque using the optimized fractional slot method is less than 3% of that using integral slot method. Compared with the fractional slot method without optimization, the amplitude of cogging torque reduced 64%.%针对永磁无刷直流电动机的齿槽转矩问题,提出一种基于磁极极弧宽度优化的分数槽齿槽转矩削弱方法.分析表明分数槽方法只能削弱齿槽转矩的部分谐波,针对该问题提出了一种基于磁极极弧宽度优化的分数槽方法,理论分析表明该方法对齿槽转矩的各次谐波均有削弱作用.以一台8极36槽永磁无刷直流电动机为例进行有限元仿真,结果表明:采用该优化分数槽方法的齿槽转矩幅值不到整数槽方案的5%,相比优化前的分数槽方法,齿槽转矩幅值减小了64%.
