基于等效励磁电流的同步磁阻电机磁饱和模型研究

     

摘要

The synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) can not achieve precise control in actual operation due to the influence of magnetic saturation.A new model of the machine was developed include main magnetic saturation and cross saturation.The ideal model could not reflect the magnetic saturation impact.The finite element was used to analyze the magnetic saturation on Ld,Lq.The degree of saturation of the motor was characterized by the magnetic saturation parameter.The magnetic saturation factor is a function of the equivalent magnetizing current.The magnetic saturation factor obtained by curve fitting expression.A magnetic saturated SynRM model was built and a control system hardware platform was designed.The simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the model.%由于磁饱和的影响使得同步磁阻电机(SynRM)在实际运行中无法实现精确控制.提出采用兼顾主磁路饱和与交叉饱和的等效励磁电流建立SynRM磁饱和模型的方法,解决理想模型无法反映SynRM实际运行中磁饱和带来的影响.首先利用Ansoft有限元对SynRM的Ld,Lq受磁饱和影响进行分析,用磁饱和参数表征电机受饱和的程度,该磁饱和参数是等效励磁电流的函数,通过曲线拟合得到磁饱和参数的表达式.搭建了磁饱和SynRM模型,并设计了SynRM控制系统硬件平台,仿真和实验结果验证了该模型的正确性.
