基于电流追踪的开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制研究

     

摘要

A new method of instantaneous torque control based on current tracking was proposed. The torque-position angle plane curve of the motor model was constructed by numerical fitting method of curve fitting to construct the torque curve family of different currents. Motor chopping current limit value and instantaneous torque mapping function, through the control of current to achieve the switched reluctance motor instantaneous torque control, could reduce the torque ripple. The advantage of this method is that the current-torque mapping function is simple, the computation is small, and it is suit-able for real-time control, which is helpful to reduce the resource occupancy rate of the embedded control system. The con-trol strategy is verified by finite element method.%针对电流追踪的瞬时转矩控制提出一种新的方法,应用曲线拟合的数值分析方法将电机模型的转矩—位置角平面的曲线,转换为不同电流下的转矩曲线簇表达式,得到电机的斩波限流值和瞬时转矩的映射函数,控制电流实现开关磁阻电机的瞬时转矩控制,从而降低转矩脉动.该方法的优点在于电流-转矩映射函数简洁,计算量较少,适合于实时控制,有利于降低嵌入式控制系统的资源占用率.有限元法验证了控制方法的有效性.
