电控化油器抗干扰研究及对策技术

     

摘要

With the deep implement of the emission standard ( CHINA stage M ) in the motorcycle industry, the emission Limits of CO, HC and NO become more and more strict than ever before. The traditional single carburetor solution will be substituted by E-carburetor or fuel injection system. On one hand, the use of microprocessor hand will greatly reduce exhaust emissions from motorcycle, on the other hand it will propose even higher requirements for the system reliability and stability. This paper gives emphasis on the research of the ignition disturbing generation, which based on the common anti-disturbing measures and for the especial industrial local, proposed the design solution and methods of the EMC network topology model. The technique was verified through the experiments that the anti-disturbing ability of the E-carburetor is greatly improved.%随着国Ⅲ排放标准在摩托车行业的广泛推进,对CO、HC、NOx的排放要求进一步提高,传统的单纯机械化油器方案日益被电控化油器或电喷技术方案所替代.微处理器的使用一方面使对排放的控制更加有效而准确,同时对系统的可靠性、稳定性提出了更高的要求.本研究以常规的抗干扰方法为基础,针对摩托车应用的特殊环境,重点研究点火干扰信号源的产生,提出了EMC网络拓扑模型研究方法及设计方案.通过实验,系统的抗干扰能力得到了提高.
