Frame is the primary structure of motorcycle. Quickly establishing the analysis model of frame is helpful to enhance efficiency and quality of design. A method of constructing frame model based on Structural model is expatiated on. It achieves to rapidly create analysis model. It is proposed that CAE cooperates with CAT. Results of analysis mode are used to layout mode test, and conclusions of mode test apply to validating analysis mode.%车架是摩托车的主要结构件,快速建立可信的车架分析模型可以有效提高设计效率和质量.本文提出了一种基于构架模型的车架特征化、参数化建模方法,可以实现快速建立车架的分析模型.提出用车架分析模态辅助模态试验规划,并用试验结果验证分析模型,实现CAE与CAT协同.
