基于虚拟样机技术的摩托车车架设计及优化

     

摘要

基于虚拟样机技术的摩托车一体化集成分析方法建立了摩托车的有限元模型,分析了摩托车的静力学和动力学性能,并对车架结构进行优化设计.在静力学方面,给出了3种工况下车架静力学分析的边界条件和约束条件.在动力学方面,应用频率分析技术分析了各种模态下车架的变形程度并给出了改进方案.这种完整的优化设计方法对于新车型的开发具有指导意义.%In this paper, based on integrated analysis of virtual prototype motorcycle technology, unified finite element model was founded. It can integrate the static analysis and kinetic analysis of a motorcycle, as well as frame optimization design. In the static analysis, boundary conditions and constraints limit conditions are given under three working conditions. In the kinetic analysis, deformation degrees under various modes of the motorcycle are analyzed, and improving methods are put forward. The conclusions show that the integration of integrated analysis has guiding sense for the development of new type of motorcycles.
