在一台增压中冷的电控单体泵柴油机进气歧管上加装了乙醇喷射系统,研究乙醇喷射量对柴油机经济性和排放特性的影响规律.试验结果表明:和燃用纯柴油相比,进气预混乙醇后柴油机的NOx排放和烟度排放同时得到了改善.但是,与普通纯柴油不同的是,随着乙醇对柴油替代率的增加,N02/NO的比值不断变大.另外,在此模式下排气中的HC、CO及醛类排放比原机增加.经在排气系统中加装氧化催化转化器(DOC)可以将其去除.%Fuel economy and emissions experiments were conducted on a turbocharged inter-cooled electronic control unit pump diesel engine with ethanol injected into the intake port to fumigate mixture.The test results showed that diesel engine operating with the premixing ethanol method could simultaneously reduce the NOx and smoke emissions but increase the CO,THC,aldehydes emissions and the ratio of NO2/NO compared with the baseline diesel engine.However,using the dual fuel coupled with a diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC),the CO,THC and aldehydes emissions could all be reduced.
