基于同型号欧Ⅵ发动机的整车与台架排放测试差异性研究

     

摘要

The Euro VI emission diesel engines and installation of this type of engine of a heavy-duty diesel vehicles were selected, the engine with the hot WHTC and vehicle based on the hot C-WTVC. With the same emission test equipment. The difference of the particulate number PN, particulate matter PM and the gas pollutant between the two cycles was measured. The operating characteristics of the two test cycles were verified. The study found that the two test cycles have a strong correlation. On the whole, the C-WTVC and WHTC emissions are all satisfied with the Euro VI regulations. Because of the difference of the working conditions as well as of the testing cycles, the difference of NOx was 30.98%, CO2 was 0.97%, PM was 17.69%, PN was 15.74%.%重型汽车整车排放测试是未来中国第Ⅵ阶段法规的重要研究项目之一.以满足欧Ⅵ排放法规的柴油发动机及安装该型号发动机的重型汽车为研究对象,对比测试循环的工况特征,分别进行发动机台架热态WHTC试验和整车热态C-WTVC试验,采用同一套排放分析设备分析试验循环间气体污染物、颗粒物质量以及颗粒物数量的差异性.研究发现,两种测试循环工况存在很强的关联性,且两循环所有污染物排放均满足欧Ⅵ法规限值要求.但由于循环运行工况和试验条件的差异,CO2的比排放相差0.97%,NOx的比排放相差16.41%,颗粒物质量PM相差17.69%,颗粒物数量PN相差6.54%.
