为了提高车辆液压制动系统的可靠性水平,提出了应用RBF网络和模糊ARX模型来研究液压制动系统故障诊断方法.研究了模糊ARX模型非线性特征,建立了基于径向基函数RBF的液压制动系统故障诊断方法,并开展了实验测试以目标故障特征为分类参考,使用RBF网络分类器对故障特征进行分类,判断系统的故障状态.基于模糊ARX模型与RBF网络的液压制动系统故障诊断方法准确地诊断出了90%以上的系统故障,表明该方法能够有效地应用于液压制动系统的故障诊断.%In order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic braking system,puts forward the application of RBF network and fuzzy ARX model to study hydraulic system fault diagnosis methods.Studied fuzzy ARX model of nonlinear characteristics,established fault diagnosis methods of hydraulic braking system based on Radial Basis Function,and carried out tests to target the failure feature classification for reference,and used RBF network classifier to classify the fault features,to judge fault state of the system.Fuzzy ARX model and RBF network based hydraulic braking system fault diagnosis methods can be used to accurately diagnose more than 90% of the system failures,showing that the method can effectively apply to the fault diagnosis of hydraulic braking system.
